Parking at Whitlingham...
Your payment for car parking helps support Whitlingham Charitable Trust in maintaining the Country Park and in providing Rangers to help look after it. The annual Parking Permits run from the 1st April each year, however they can be purchased at any point for a pro rata fee by Direct Debit, Cheque or Card.
An Annual Parking Permit paid by Direct Debit costs £36 and £24 for Blue Badge Holders.
An Annual Parking Permit paid for by Cheque or Card costs £42 and £30 for Blue Badge Holders.

The Park is open all year round. The Broads Authority Visitor Centre and the Barn Café are open seven days a week from 11 am to 4pm from November up until Easter and 10am to 4pm the rest of the year, extending to 5pm during local school holidays.

How to get there
Take the A146 towards Norwich, turn right at the ring road, then turn right at the roundabout towards Trowse. Shortly afterwards turn left down Whitlingham Lane. There is a boat service from Norwich yacht station in summer and moorings on the river Yare.
Buses go from Norwich to Trowse, then there is a 25 minute walk along Whitlingham Lane to the park.
The park is accessible by Public Transport : 2 miles (3.2 kms) from Norwich station.
